If you submit a dispute to paypal that apears to be invalid and done without speaking to us first, the following will happen:

• We will defend the case
• Add a $20 admin charge to your account
• Suspend your account whilst the dispute is being resolved.
  

Please be advised, we would rather you speak to us first before making any quick decisions. We are happy to resolve all issues.
