Our Refund Policy
| Our main value is satisfaction of our customers. On the other hand we try to protect ourselves from fraudulent activities and abuse of our services. This Refund Policy was born from the balance of these two goals.
1. Full refund will be given in the following cases:
1.1. Duplicated orders. Duplicated order will be refunded per initial request. You should provide both number of initial order and duplicated order.
1.2. Major errors and technical problems. If you encounter major technical problem when using our product you should write our support team and provide detailed description of your problem. You should answer all questions of our support staff and provide all information requested in a timely manner. If we are unable to work out the solution in one week we'll give you full refund. Please note that if you can't respond to our questions in a timely manner, the one week support period can be prolonged.
2. Refund rules for other cases:
2.1. Hosting Services. A full refund for the unused months of the service minus 15% processing fee.
2.2. SSL Certificates. A full refund minus $20 processing fee.
2.3. Domain Names. Charges for domain name renewal/registration is non-refundable as you own the domain name for the next year. Please understand that this is not simply because we refuse to issue a refund. Domain name renewal/registration is irreversible, making any money paid for the domain name non-refundable.
2.4. Domain received free: If an account cancels within their 30 day money back period, the total refund will exclude the domain name registration fee. The domain name will only remain free if the account stays open for its pre-paid term.
